Photographs by Rob Smith of ‘The Triumph of Time and Truth’ performance on the 5th May with sound artist Lee Berwick and performance artist Frog Morris at Space Station 65 Gallery. The work was inspired by the David Coke text on Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, which once stood close to the location of the gallery.

More Than 100 Stories is a digital collection of texts and images responding to the stories, achievements and learning of the Creative People and Places programme 2013-2016.

The collection is built around ten key themes: confidence, decision-making, failure, language, local, partnership, people, taste, time and trust, which arose out of the artists’ period of research.

Created by writer Sarah Butler and artist Nicole Mollett, this work comes from conversations, observations and visits to the 21 CPP projects across England.

This exhibition showcases a selection of Sarah and Nicole’s work. The full collection is available online at: www.creativepeopleplaces.org.uk/more-than-100-stories

I will be launching my collaborative commission More Than 100 Stories at this conference on the 27th Sept 2016.

The collection is built around ten key themes: confidence, decision-making, failure, language, local, partnership, people, taste, time and trust, which arose out of the artists’ period of research.

In addition to the online collection, Nicole and Sarah have made two larger-scale pieces of work, showcased in print, an illustrated map of England, detailing highlights of the CPP programme, and a short story which further explores the thematic concerns of More Than 100 Stories.

I have 2 new maps of London published inside this new book written by Curiocity, published by Particular Books.

Curiocity is a new A to Z exploring every aspect of life in London. Its 26 chapters weave together the city’s stories with striking reflections, practical ideas and itineraries, and contributions from London voices such as Monica Ali and Iain Sinclair. The book is illustrated by artists including Chris Riddell, Isabel Greenberg and Steven Appleby, and at the heart of each chapter is an original hand-drawn map, charting everything from the city’s international communities, underground spaces and children’s dreams, to its unrealised plans, erogenous zones and dystopian futures. Curiocity is a unique guide that will transform the way you see and experience London.

The books are available to buy online; https://www.amazon.co.uk/Curiocity-Pursuit-London-Henry-Eliot/dp/1846148677

To buy the original artworks please email me (see contacts page).

I am now on Instagram, where I post regular images of my studio work.
