Vasilis Chamam’s drawings present loose narratives which are informed by a mixture of heavily personal and sentimental notions put together with the flippant and obnoxious. Quasi-biographical and emotional fragments, farce, clichés, debris, and gossip construct anthropomorphic follies as their own mythical author(s) or stunt doubles.
